Password access

Client password sign-in is protected by the platform-provisioned authentication service.

This Phase 1 preview does not expose a substitute, public, or third-party sign-in flow. The source repository is missing the provisioned password-auth configuration needed to safely display password sign-in and registration controls, so those controls remain intentionally unavailable.

When the platform auth configuration is restored, client password sign-in will activate without changing private matter access rules.
